Make-Up Classes

We understand that things in life don’t always go according to plan. So, we provide Make-Classes for those classes missed during term due to illness or personal reasons. Make-Up classes are a great way of keeping up progress while also providing value for your money. However, please carefully note the following with regards to Make-up’s.

  • We Must be notified of your absence at least 1hr prior to the class start time, by way of;

    1. Our Online Portal. This Client Management System is fast and easy to use.

    2. In Person or by Phone.

  • There are two (2) Make-Up classes permitted per person, per term.

  • Any further Make-Up classes require a Medical certificate.

  • Makeup lessons must be completed during the term that the missed lesson occurred in.

  • Makeup lessons cannot be exchanged for cash refunds or credits towards next term fees.

  • If we are not notified of missing a regular Class or Make-Up Class, that class will be forfeited.

  • Our Online Portal will find a suitable class for you to obtain your make up class.
